Hotel - Not clean / facility not funtion like iron board/ heater/ toilets poor / bad sheet dirty/ pest issues/ curtain unorganised/ the worker not approaching propley when ask iron board/ very smelly / pet inside next barking at night / no water / paip water rusty / no tooth brush/ towel dirty. Poor experience for us as came from JB to KL. Very disappointed. Early morning at 8am with disappointment and check out.

Worst condition! Booking.com not responsible with the customers needs. I cant even stand in the room for 5minutes. Smelly. The room really dirty. So i decide to not stay there. I lost the money. Its not refundable
